Upon entering, you're greeted by a beautifully designed interior that highlights high ceilings and an abundance of natural light. This cozy yet modern space effortlessly invites you to unwind, whether you're catching up with friends or finding a moment of solitude with your favorite brew.

MUEN COFFEE prides itself on a thoughtfully curated menu that speaks to a variety of palates. While their coffee takes center stage, be sure not to miss the delightful array of sweet treats, particularly the tiramisu—a customer favorite that has garnered rave reviews. Patrons like Vincent Goh praise its light, hazelnut-chocolate base, perfectly accentuated by a dash of bitter espresso. If you're in the mood for something a bit different, the oat matcha latte is a vibrant alternative, though some guests suggest it leans on the sweeter side.

The rich, smooth aroma of the black coffee is elegantly presented in simple white cups, drawing attention to the brew's deep color. You can almost taste the meticulous roasting process that creates such a harmonious flavor profile. As Yasuやす noted, each sip is a testament to the café's commitment to quality and sophistication.

But the indulgence doesn’t stop at coffee; the matcha drinks and chai also receive commendations for their delightful flavors without overwhelming sweetness, offering something for those who might not consider themselves coffee drinkers. Vanina Guernier even described the cozy ambiance, remarking on the café's charm while enjoying these drinks.

In a city rich with culinary options, MUEN COFFEE stands out not just for its beverages but also for the experience it offers. From the aesthetically pleasing interior to the expertly crafted drinks, every detail enhances your visit. The cafe has a beautiful interior going for the „cool“ vibes. I wanted to order an affogato however I was told I would also have to order a drink as I cannot only order a meal. So instead i went for a oat matcha latte which was very sweet. I’m not sure if the oat milk was just sweet or they had sweetened the drink. Not for me.

They offered a sophisticated, industrial-style space that felt both modern and inviting. The atmosphere, with its open layout, high ceilings, and natural light, created an excellent environment for enjoying coffee and sweets. Their black coffee was served in a simple white cup, emphasizing the deep color of the brew. It had a smooth, rich aroma that hinted at its well-roasted beans. Upon tasting, it carried a nice balance of bitterness and acidity. Their tiramisu was elegantly plated on a black dish, which enhanced its visual appeal. The layers of mascarpone, coffee-soaked sponge, and cocoa powder looked well-balanced. The texture was soft and moist, with a light dusting of cocoa adding a gentle bitterness to complement the creamy sweetness. The depth of coffee flavor in the sponge layer ties it beautifully with the drink, creating a cohesive pairing

Everything was excellent. The tiramisu is delicious, both matcha cake are nice, not too sweet. We don’t drink coffee and greatly enjoyed the chai and the matcha drinks. It’s quite cosy too

Saw the review here and decided to come here to try out. Tiramisu was awesome. Bottom tier was hazelnut chocolate with some crunchy bits. Light with no alcohol type. Matcha latte is good as well. Milky type. Will come here if there is time to try the coffee

MUEN Coffee is a lovely spot that delivers on both quality and atmosphere. I stopped by for coffee and dessert, and both were very good—well-prepared and satisfying without being overly sweet or heavy. The ambiance was relaxed and tasteful, making it a great place to unwind, catch up with a friend, or simply enjoy a quiet break from the city pace. While it’s not overly flashy, MUEN Coffee has a calm, understated charm that makes it worth a visit if you’re in the area.

I am usually not a big fan of matcha at coffee stores, there are very few I liked, and this is one of them. They actually used a good amount of matcha and the matcha used was full bodied and creamy. The umami was mild, slight bitterness, but nontheless still a great matcha. The hojicha here in the top 3 best I have tasted. Very roasted sesame taste without tasting like coffee. Overall Muen gets a 4.8/5. We had to buy 1 drink each to sit in there

The best Matcha dessert I had in Fukuoka. I got the dessert set which is served in a stacked basket. The set is very popular on social media so I wasn't sure what to expect. Luckily I was not disappointed. Lots of care was but into the presentation, but the also bug just as much care into the taste. Portion was huge and we 2 girls couldn't finish everything. If you know Japanese portions the you know that this is basically unheard of
